The project

About this project

Faroz was born from a personal experience: someone who suffered a workplace injury, was suddenly left without shifts, and then had to face an account of events that didn't match what they had lived through. Situations like this are more common than they seem, especially among migrants who don't reach out for help because of fear, language barriers, or not knowing they have rights.

This project does not aim to publicly name or accuse specific people or companies - that is the role of official bodies (Fair Work, WorkSafe, courts) and the justice system, through due process. Our goal is different: that no one has to face that process alone, without knowing where to start, or afraid to speak up.

We offer clear information about workplace and migration rights, a directory of official, free services, a guided assistant to orient you based on your situation, and emotional support resources. All content is carefully reviewed to be accurate and does not constitute individualised legal advice - we always recommend confirming your specific case with a licensed professional (lawyer, registered migration agent, or health provider).
